To play nice together I created a shop policy. That is to be clear about what I have to offer and the commitment I make, and what I expect. That makes the playing cool!

Ordering
You can order the art through the online form.
After I received your data, I contact you to make sure everything is clear.
The creation and sending of the Energy Impressions takes place after you paid. You can pay after I received your order and data. You will receive a bill. You can pay by the paypal system or through IBAN.

Sending
The Energy Impression is wrapped and shipped with love and care. I send it with the Dutch company TPG Post. It could happen that something goes wrong. That is why I send it first class with insurance. If something goes wrong, the package is covered and you will get your money back. We ask you to sign when you receive the package. In most country’s you can check online where your package is at that moment. When you are not home the 1st time it will be offered at another time. In most cases they will deliver it at the postoffice if you can not be reached 2 times. Than you can pick it up there. I always let you know when I have sent the package. It can take up to 2 weeks max from the moment I send it, till you receive it. We ship worldwide to almost all countries.

Privacy
I respect the privacy of my customers. Information will not be shared with others.

Custom orders
The Energy Impression and the description is strictly personal and aren't shared with others without your permission. The image is also personal and will not be published by me, without your permission.

Copyright

I don’t think it’s cool and it’s prohibited to duplicate these without my permission. That is in the best of your interest and the interest of the whole.

Social media and Copyright
You aren't allowed to upload my art to your profile in any social media or site without permission. You can however share the pictures from my albums with a link to my profile or album. You are free to share links.

When you buy my art - custom and the regular art, you do not become the owner of the copyright. That means that you aren’t allowed to reproduce the Art for commercial use. When you want an Energy Impression on your logo, business card or flyer etc, please contact me. There are different conditions and prices for that. I then can deliver the picture in a high resolution and design it, adjusted to your personal wishes.
